4. Deposit & Payment Policy

Important Terms

Odds Changes

• Odds will not change after a bet is confirmed.
• Pre-match bets can be placed up until the event begins.

If a match is cancelled

If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. For parlay bets, the cancelled event will be removed and the parlay will continue at revised odds based on the remaining matches.

Maximum Win Limit

The maximum win per single bet varies by account level, event, and market. 1xbe reserves the right to void bets placed as a result of abnormal odds errors.

7. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements (WR)

A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 30x WR means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount.

• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement (WR) has been met.
• Not all games contribute equally to the WR — slots typically count at 100%, while table games contribute 10–20%.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

You can close your account yourself
